Why does Walt Disney World have such a strong hold on our collective imaginations? Okay, lets face it its a very popular theme. But getting drunk and then getting married is something that happens only in the first few scenes. Its a popular take-off place, but later the spotlight is on the couple and how they grow to like each other and how they bond. Apart from that initial similarity, there are no other similarities. There is no jackpot involved...

Theres talk of snow on Sunday in Baltimore, so Im not taking any chances. Ill be on a plane tonight (Friday) for Tampa to join our new beat writer Eduardo Encina for the start of pitcher and catcher workouts at the Orioles sparkling training facility in Sarasota.
